biweekly, monthly, or one-time cleanings.
Move-in, move-out, sales, and
post-construction cleanings are also
available.
We will
provide our own cleaning
products and supplies, or if you prefer we
will use yours provided.
We are available Monday through Friday
from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our hours of
operation are flexible though!
Initial Residential Cleanings we
ask that you be home to discuss
any special instructions you may have. You don’t
need to be home for subsequent visits .

our
nightly cleaning programs are always
designed around your specific janitorial
needs and may include:

· Carpet cleaning
If, for any reason, you are not completely
satisfied with our performance, please
contact us within 24 hours and we will
promptly return and re-clean the area at no
charge.

residential cleanings, payment is due at
each visit. We accept payment by check,
Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Please make
checks payable to Magic Maids USA.
Credit card payments may be made via
telephone at (407) 219-1111 between the hours
of 8am and 12pm Monday thru Friday. For
business cleanings, billing details will be
specified prior to the first visit.
